I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Hugo who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The en suite bathroom was also well-maintained, and it was a nice touch to have bathrobes provided. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide range of options including a delicious full English breakfast and a variety of continental choices. The hotel's location was fantastic, being so close to Gatwick airport and just a short distance from Crawley where I could find places to eat. It made for a stress-free and convenient journey to the airport.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
